Join the City of the Boston for Family Zumba! This weekly event gives you and your family a chance to be active together. It’s a full body workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, and boosted energy! While many of the types of dances and music featured in the program are Latin American inspired, this class also contains choreographed moves to Soca, Dancehall, Afrobeats and Hip-hop.

All are welcome to receive produce & shelf stable items FREE of cost at the YMCA Mobile Market! No ID or registration required. The mobile market will be at the Mattapan Community Health Center every Thursday from 10am-11am or until food runs out. We recommend coming early for the best food options. Please bring your own bag to shop with!
